Shipping & Delivery
Are customs duties or import taxes included in the product and shipping cost?
No, customs duties and import taxes are not included in our prices. If any such charges apply in your country, you will need to pay them directly to the authorities. These fees vary from country to country, and unfortunately, we cannot predict or cover them. However, based on our experience, only a small percentage of shipments are charged customs duty.
Creative Recognition & Fun Awards
Can I request a custom title for an award design? Is there an additional fee?
Yes, you can share your own title for an award design. There is a fee of US$10 for each custom design. To request this, simply email us at sales@trofee.ae Please note that we may use the same design or title for other customers in the future.
Is it possible to change the title of an award I am ordering? How do I do that?
Yes, titles can be changed. You just need to mention your preferred title in the “Add a note to your order” section during checkout.
Can I change the character’s gender in the award artwork?
Yes, we can switch the character’s gender if you prefer, and there is no extra charge for this. Just leave a note with your order in the “Add a note to your order” section at checkout.
Can you print my company logo on the front of the award?
We can print your logo on the front, but we usually advise against it as the available space is limited and adding a logo may make it look cluttered.
What are the dimensions of the awards?
Size: Approx. 3.3″ (W) × ≤6″ (H) × 1″ (T) – Exact dimensions shown in gallery images.
Can the award be made in a different size?
Currently, we do not offer size changes. Producing different sizes requires redesigning templates, updating packaging, and revising pricing and shipping, which is not feasible at this time.
What material is used to make the awards?
All awards are crafted from acrylic.
