If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, just drop us a message within those 7 days and we’ll fix it — whether that means a replacement or a refund. Your happiness is our priority.

📩 Email us at support@trofee.ae with clear photos of the product and let us know what you'd prefer — a new one or your money back.

Once we’ve reviewed and approved your request, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Just a heads-up: banks and credit card companies can take a few extra days to show the refund on your statement.
