Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, we get straight to work!
All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days from our studio in Dubai. (That’s Monday to Friday — we rest on weekends and holidays, just like you!)
If there’s an unusual rush or a custom order that needs extra love, we’ll keep you posted. We believe in no surprises — unless it’s a surprise award!
Shipping Partners & Delivery Timelines
We partner with trusted couriers like FedEx and DHL to ensure your order reaches you safe and sound.
Most orders arrive at your doorstep within 9–10 business days from the date of order.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey (we know how exciting it is to watch it get closer!).
